  • How old do you have to be to enter the property?
    Due to the nature of our property and state gaming laws, all guests must be 21 years or older to enter our casino, Hard Rock Live venue and all our restaurants on property.
  • What ID's are accepted to enter the property?
    Acceptable forms of identification include: valid driver's license with photo & DOB, military identification with photo & DOB, passport with photo & DOB. Please note: photos or copies of IDs will not be accepted. Unacceptable forms of identification include: school ID cards, company work badges, any other types of identifications not issued by a government agency, or foreign-issued driver's license or ID card, including Mexico and Canada.
  • Is smoking permitted?
    Smoking is permitted on the casino floor, but prohibited in Food and Entertainment areas.
  • How do I sign up for a Unity by Hard Rock account?
    Joining is fast, free and easy. Stop by the Players Club with a valid photo ID to sign up. Must be 21 or older. Rack up your Unity by Hard Rock rewards, earn Unity Points and qualify for promotional offers.
  • How can I use my Unity Card?
    Insert your Unity Card into any Slot or present it to a Table Games representative to start earning! Unity Points can be redeemed at your favorite restaurants and stores at every participating Hard Rock Hotel, Casino, and Cafe location worldwide. Free Play can be accessed directly at any Slot simply by inserting your Unity Card and entering your PIN.
  • Will you match my tier from another casino?
    Show us your premium card from select casinos and we'll upgrade your Unity Card tier.  Tier Match is only valid once.  Thereafter, guests must maintain their tier status.
  • Are firearms permitted at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana?
    Firearms are not permitted on Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana Property, including but not limited to the casino, restaurants, sportsbook and parking areas.
  • Do you have a parking garage?
    We do not have a parking garage available, but there is free surface parking on-site
  • Is Valet Parking available? 
    Yes.  Valet parking is available 24/7.  Prices vary per Tier and Special Events.  
  • Does your facility offer wheelchairs?
    Yes.  We offer complimentary wheelchairs based on availability.  Motorized scooters are not available.
