The Jolly Ringwalds

The Jolly Ringwalds are a neon carousel of 80s joy. Boasting a high-energy, interactive performance, we engage all ages and demographics with our wide variety of new wave, pop, rock, r&b and dance smash hits. We recently had the wonderful distinction of being the Chicago 80s band selected to represent 80s director and luminary, John Hughes, on the Lake Forest Home and Garden Tour.

We specialize in upscale events such as casinos, 80s proms, corporate parties and fundraisers and are also festival headliners who stand out with our charming 80s stage props and spot-on MTV video choreography and wardrobe. The Jolly Ringwalds are also the most versatile Chicago 80s band. We have the ability to send out bands ranging in size from 3 band members to 10 band members, without the use of any background tracks, and always with the minimum of one male and female lead singer onstage.

With three dynamic female and male lead singers at most of our shows, there is no artist we cannot cover convincingly and all members of the band have great national touring experience. We are currently the only Chicago 80s band who perform regularly with a sax player and a female shredding guitarist.

We are also highly regarded for our reliability. We have never canceled a show or missed a call time in our 8 years of band history together
