Guests must be able to present acceptable forms of photo identification to enter Hard Rock Casino Rockford as well as Hard Rock Live/

Acceptable forms include:
Valid Driver's License with photo and DOB
Valid State Identification Card with photo and DOB
Military Identification with photo and DOB
Passports/Passport Cards with photo and DOB

Other forms of identification approved by Hard Rock Casino Rockford

Please note: Photos or copies of identification will not be accepted.

Unacceptable forms of identification include all school ID cards, company work badges, any other types of identifications not issued by a government agency, or foreign issued Driver's License or ID cards, including Mexico and Canada.

*Hard Rock Casino Rockford reserves the right to request additional forms of identification as necessary.

All events at Hard Rock Live Rockford are 21+. Valid photo ID is required for entry into Hard Rock Casino Rockford and Hard Rock Live. See "Acceptable Forms of ID" for a full list of accepted photo identification.

Only service animals or service animals in-training are allowed in Hard Rock Live. The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered while in the venue unless the service animal's work or the person's disability prevents the use of these devices. Please contact the Box Office prior to the day of the show to make ADA arrangements for service animals.

The camera policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the artist or venue management. No DSLR or detachable lenses allowed.

All guests entering Hard Rock Live Rockford may be subject to visual inspection, pat downs, bag checks, and walk-through/handheld metal detection conducted by security. Prohibited items may be confiscated. By tendering a ticket and entering Hard Rock Live, guests consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against Hard Rock Casino Rockford and its affiliates. If individuals elect not to consent to searches, they will be denied entry to the venue.

Hard Rock intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. Our venue prohibits foul or abusive language, obscene or indecent clothing, and behaviors that otherwise negatively interfere with other guests' experiences. Any violation of these policies may result in ejection. Guests who are seemingly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal narcotic substances may not be granted access or may be removed.

The following items are not allowed under any circumstances in Hard Rock Live Rockford. This list is subject to change at any time at the discretion of venue management.

• Alcohol beverages and food purchased off-property
• Drugs or illegal substances
• Any other potentially harmful, hazardous, or disruptive products including but not limited to: aerosol cans, laser pointers/pens, projectiles, and noisemakers - whistles/air horns
• Weapons of any kind
• Chains
• Spikes
• Studded bracelets
• Balloons
• Bottles
• Glass
• Other beverage containers
• Coolers/Ice Chests
• Banners
• Signs
• Flags
• Fireworks
• Laptops
• Poles
• Sticks
• Unapproved handouts
• Pamphlets
• Advertisements
• Bags larger than 10"x10"
• Backpacks
• Recording equipment
• Camera equipment as outlined above

All advanced ticket sales are available through Ticketmaster.com or the Box Office. The Box Office is open 12PM - 8PM Fridays and Saturdays, as well as on show days from 12PM until one hour after the event start time. Ticket purchases are subject to availability. All online ticket sales are through Ticketmaster.com only. Please avoid third party resellers. For ADA ticket purchases, contact our Box Office directly via email.

Hard Rock Live Rockford is dedicated to providing all guests a safe and comfortable environment. Please arrive early to allow adequate time for you and your guests to move through the queue and security. All local, state, and federal alcohol and narcotics laws may be enforced and prosecuted. Venue security and first responders, including police officers and EMTs, may be available to assist guests' needs.

If at any time while on property you see something that concerns you for the safety of yourself or others, please immediately notify a member of our venue team, security, or one of the first responders present.

All seated shows have assigned seats, unless otherwise specified. Guests should retain their ticket throughout the event and be prepared to show their ticket when entering the specific seating area and when exiting.

Smoking of any type, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere inside Hard Rock Casino Rockford and Hard Rock Live, including the lobby or restrooms.

Ticket pickup is available only on the day of the show during Box Office hours. To collect your ticket(s), you must bring a combination of the following:

1. Valid Photo Identification (AND)
2. The credit card used for the related purchase (OR) the confirmation number associated with the related purchase.

Hard Rock Live Rockford does not accept third-party will call tickets or name changes.
