To ensure consistency, transparency, and responsible stewardship across all Hard Rock properties worldwide, nonprofit organizations must be registered within our global giving platform before charitable support can be provided.
Before You Apply
All nonprofit organizations seeking funding or in-kind support from Hard Rock Casino Tejon must be registered and approved through the Benevity Causes Portal, our global philanthropy management system at least 60 days prior to your event.
This process helps ensure:
- Proper verification of charitable status
- Secure and compliant payment processing
- Alignment with Hard Rock’s global giving standards
If your organization is already registered, please provide your Benevity Cause ID (registration number) when connecting with our team so we may guide you through next steps.
How to Register Your Organization
If your nonprofit is not yet registered, you may begin the process by visiting: https://causes.benevity.org/causes/user/register
Registration includes:
- Selecting your country of operation
- Confirming your organization is not already listed
- Registering as an authorized representative
- Submitting required documentation such as legal name, government registration number, regulatory body, and mission description
- Completing Benevity’s review process, which typically takes 24 to 72 hours
Once approved, please share your Benevity Cause ID with our team so we can move forward in the review process.
