Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue

Trombone Shorty made his first appearance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival at just four years old, performing alongside Bo Diddley, and by age six, was leading his own brass band. His remarkable talent eventually led him to join Lenny Kravitz's band as a teenager for the Electric Church World Tour.

Today, Trombone Shorty is recognized as one of the most celebrated ambassadors of New Orleans music. Since 2010, he has released five chart-topping studio albums, collaborated with artists spanning multiple genres including Bruno Mars, Foo Fighters, Pharrell, and Zac Brown, and performed at major festivals such as Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Newport Jazz Festival.

Backed by his longtime band Orleans Avenue, Trombone Shorty is known for high-energy performances that seamlessly blend the traditions of New Orleans brass music with modern funk, rock, hip-hop, and soul.
