Council Oak’s design features an open-kitchen, in-house butcher shop and dry-aging room outfitted with pink Himalayan salt walls, and a glass-enclosed wine case highlighting the restaurant’s award-winning selection of labels.

The menu offers USDA prime cuts of beef, delectable seafood selections, and more. With the open-kitchen, guests can catch all of the action as their meals are prepared by Council Oak’s chefs on the state-of-the-art fire grills and coal ovens, both of which help bring out all the subtle flavors in the meats. The perfect complement, Council Oak’s bar offers well-known and approachable liquors, alongside an exclusive list of high-end spirits and an extensive wine-by-the-glass selection. 

Prime Dry-Aged Beef

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood offers USDA dry-aged prime steaks Provided by Purely Meats Co., Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef and the freshest seafood. The cuts of meat are dry-aged up to 28 days, personally selected and hand-sculpted inside of our Butcher Shop featuring a Himalayan salt-brick-walled chamber.
