  • Check-in starts at 4PM ET. Check-out is at 11AM ET.
  • Yes. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if available.
  • Yes. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds on property. A $100 non-refundable fee will apply for hotel guests. Read our pet policy. There is a pet area located outside at the bus lobby entrance.
  • Yes. Daily resort fee of $40 includes:
    • Access to Resort Pools (The Guitar HotelHard Rock Hotel & Lagoon Complex)
    • Complimentary pool towels
    • Two bottles of water daily
    • Daily access to Fitness Center (2 people)
    • Expedited entry into DAER Nightclub/Dayclub (Admission fees still apply)
    • Complimentary Self-Parking (Seminole Way Garage, Lucky Street Garage & Winners Way Garage)
    • Complimentary Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

    *All X and Icon Unity™ by Hard Rock members will have their daily resort fee waived.
  • Yes. We hold a $100 security deposit per night on the credit card provided at check-in for incidental charges. The hold will be released at check-out provided there were no charges billed back to the room.
  • Yes. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all hotel guests.
  • Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest’s smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of check-in.
  • Yes. We have complimentary parking located on property at Lucky Street Garage, Winner’s Way Garage and Seminole Way Garage. Valet parking is also available at a charge of $35 for overnight guests. Valet will charge $40 for event parking on all Hard Rock Live event nights. Daily rate is $30. XCARD members will receive complimentary parking.
  • The pool is available to hotel guests only. Cabanas are now available 7 days a week for rent and are based on availability. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (866) 502-7529.
  • The pool and gardens area is available only to registered guests of the hotels. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required.
  • Yes. Babysitting services can be arranged by contacting the Concierge Desk.
  • Please note that housekeeping daily service and turndown service will not be available during your stay. Should you require bags, or linens, we will have these available to you upon request.



  • Yes. We work with Corporate Coaches to accommodate transportation needs. Please contact the Concierge for assistance at (954) 327-7673. Taxis are also on site 24/7 in the Valet entrance. For more information, visit here.
  • Yes. We offer complimentary wheelchairs based on availability. If you require a motorized scooter, please contact the Concierge by calling (954) 327-7473 with 24 hours notice to allow for delivery. Charges will apply.
