Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or modify your reservation, call 813-627-7625.

Reservations not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.

Housekeeping Services: Please be advised that housekeeping services at our hotel are provided upon request only. Kindly inform the front desk upon your arrival should you require any housekeeping services or additional amenities. Housekeeping services are available daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pet Policy: $100 non-refundable fee per pet, per stay, will be charged during check-in. Any disturbances must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. All well-behaved animals weighing 50 pounds or less are welcome.

Hotel Policy: A daily resort fee of $25.00, plus tax, will be charged to your room at checkout. Children 17 and younger stay free when accompanied by an adult 21 or older in the same room.Room requests are based on availability at time of arrival, including tower, smoking and/or bed preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests. The credit card use to make reservation is required at check-in. If not, any deposit made during reservation will be refunded onto the original credit card and a new credit card must be supplied for payment. Card holder must be present with valid photo ID (Driver's license, passport, military ID) and credit card is required upon check-in. A $150 per night deposit for incidentals is required at check in. Complimentary and/or casino rate reservations require the primary guest to check-in, rates subject to change if the primary guest is not available upon check-in. Complimentary reservations are subject to cancelation at 9pm on night of arrival unless the front desk is notified of late arrival, management reserves all rights. Minimum Age Check-in: Guest must be 21 years of age or older to check-in to a room.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in either of our hotel towers unless you are on a designated smoking floor.

Parking: We do offer valet parking for a fee of $35 per night. Hotel guests receive complimentary parking in all the surface lots and garages.
