TICKETING INFORMATION

  • The age limit varies per event. All guests MUST have a ticket to enter, regardless of age.
  • ADA Seats can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com. If there is a need to exchange previously purchased tickets for ADA, please visit contact Ticketmaster before show time. There is NO guarantee that comparable tickets will be available.
  • Seminole Casino Hotel does not facilitate a Box Office. All official ticket purchases must go through Ticketmaster.com.   
  • Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of Seminole Casino Hotel. Seminole Casino Hotel is NOT responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit/invalid tickets.
  • Tickets can be transferred via Ticketmaster. NO screenshots of tickets will be accepted.
  • Cancelled Shows

    Tickets for all canceled shows will be refunded at point of purchase. If the tickets were purchased online through Ticketmaster, this will be done automatically by Ticketmaster and no action is required. If the tickets were purchased at the Casino Cashier, you can receive your refund by visiting the cashier during normal business hours. You must have your ticket and original credit card used to purchase your ticket when requesting a refund.

    Postponed Shows

    For events that have been postponed, the original tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Once announced, if you cannot attend the new date, the ticket purchaser has 30 days to request a refund. The sale will be considered final 30 days after the announcement. The same refund process for canceled shows noted above should be followed within the refund window. Ticketmaster will not automatically process a refund for a postponed show. You must contact Ticketmaster directly within the 30 day window after announcement.

    Note: Questions regarding tickets purchased anywhere other than Ticketmaster or Casino Cashier should be directed to the company/marketplace where you purchased the tickets. Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.

  • Casino guests will receive a confirmation via email with the time and location of ticket distribution.
  • If a show is designated a “device/electronic-free event,” per the artist’s request, NO recording devices will be permitted, including but not limited to the items listed below:

    • No cell phones
    • No smartwatches
    • No cameras
    • No tablets
    • No laptops
    • No Fitbits
    • No Bluetooth-enabled headphones
  • Seminole Casino Hotel is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. If there is an emergency, please contact the nearest Team Member. Security has staff trained in Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED use. There is also a Seminole Fire Rescue EMS Team on-site on show nights.
    • Bags, backpacks, briefcases larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (will be subject to search)

    • Outside food
    • Glass, cans and aluminum bottles

    • Pets (not including service animals with paperwork)

    • Camera with an extended lens longer than (6) inches, recording devices, tripods, professional camera auxiliary lenses, selfie sticks
    • Fireworks
    • Illegal substances
    • Laser pointers
    • Hoverboards and skateboards
    • Whistles, horns or other noisemakers
    • Firearms, knives, weapons of any kind, pepper spray/mace
    • Computers, laptops, iPads
    • Drones

    • Weapons (firearm, pocket knives, toy weapons, pepper spray, fireworks)
    • Drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substance or E-Cigs
    • Backpacks, camelbacks, bota bags, large purses/bags (anything over 10"x10")
    • Massagers, laser pointers, LED gloves, LED microlights
    • Masks, large chains or spiked jewelry
    • Glass, cans, cups, coolers or flasks
    • Pets (not including service animals with paperwork)
    • Stickers or fliers
    • Balloons, balls, inflatable balls or frisbees
    • Tents, large umbrellas, chairs, blankets
    • Professional recording equipment (photo, video or audio)
    • Professional video cameras, gopros or selfie sticks
    • Computers, laptops, iPads
    • Drones 
    • Crowd surfing or shoulder-riding

    Note: Grills and/or fireworks may NOT be brought into the parking lots. For the safety of all guests, concertgoers may be subject to search.

    • Small bags & purses (maximum 10"x10")
    • Non-professional flash/still cameras
    • Cell Phones
    • Hats
    • Sealed/wrapped tampons
    • Earplugs
    • Sealed chapstick and lip gloss
    • Sunglasses
    • Panchos 
    • Service Animals (must have paperwork)
    • Chairs (only allowed for certain open festivals/concerts)
  • Smoking is NOT permitted inside of the Seminole Center, including vapors, e-cigarettes, electronic, and other smoking devices. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.
  • Aisles should be always kept clear. For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Guests sitting or standing in areas other than their ticketed seats jeopardize the safety of others. Please be courteous to fellow guests, and follow directions from Security and the Greeters.
  • Guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed including shoes.
  • For everyone’s safety, all guests must abide by the following General Admission policy.

    • Overnight lines are not permitted.
    • General Admission (“GA”) ticket holders can start lining up at noon on the day of the show at the designated GA line.
    • A valid GA ticket must be presented in order to obtain a place in line and wristband.
    • Guests are not permitted to “hold” a place in line for other guests who are arriving later.
    • Guests must follow all venue policies, posted instructions, and directives from venue staff.
    • Management reserves the right to amend or make additions to these policies at any time.
    • Ticket holders found in violation of the following policy may be asked to surrender their tickets and leave the property.
  • The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials is NOT permitted without explicit written permission from the General Manager of Seminole Casino Hotel. In addition, vending, peddling or product sampling is NOT allowed.
