We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities, and online and classroom training.  The Slot Customer Service Representative (CSR) is one of our most visible and important guest-facing positions on property.  We fill these critical positions almost exclusively with internal candidates.  The attributes we look for are as follows: 

  • Provides Amplified Guest Service
  • Demonstrates the company’s Values, Mottos, and Mission Statement
  • Ability to comprehend and execute standard operating procedures
  • Conducts all transactions with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining compliance
  • Proficient with technology and able to work while standing/walking for long periods of time
  • Six months of Guest Service experience required

  • We are looking for Team Members who strive to deliver great Guest Service by representing our Values, Mottos, and Mission Statement.  Primary responsibilities include assisting Guests at their slot machines while circulating the casino floor and being an ambassador for the property.  Team Members must be comfortable with technology and working in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
