WHAT:Grey Salt, Chef Marc Murphy’s Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, will be hosting a beer pairing dinner featuring beers from Cigar City Brewing.

The dinner will take place in Grey Salt’s private Wine Room and tickets are $125 per person (including tax and gratuity). They may be purchased by calling (813) 627-6630 or via email at [email protected]. Space is limited.

The event will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a four-course seated dinner featuring the following beers: Florida Cracker Belgian-Style White Ale, a special brewery-only release, White Oak Jai Alai IPA + Jai Alai IPA and Vanilla Maduro Brown Ale.

The four-course meal will include passed hors d’oeuvres of chicken profiteroles as well as: scallop crudo (first), butter poached lobster tail (second), porchetta (third) and finishing with beer affogato for dessert.
