ENTRY

1. Entries for the drawings will be awarded all Unity members with recorded play at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, plus one (1) free entry.
2. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn. Entries earned on a promotional basis, December 8 to December 10, 2024.
3. All entries earned and activated for a drawing will carry over into the next drawing(s) during the promotional period. 
4. Entries are non-transferable.
5. Participants may earn electronic entries from 7:00 AM December 8 through 7:45PM December 10, 2024.  One (1) electronic entry awarded to Unity Card holders for each increment of twenty-five (25) Tier Credits earned based on recorded machine play. Additional entries awarded based on Unity Card tier status during the promotional period.  No entries awarded for Poker play.
6. Unity members may visit any Player’s Club location to determine the number of activated entries that person has within one (1) hour of the start of a drawing.
7. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that his or her card has been properly inserted into a machine’s card reader or has been rated while playing table games within one (1) hour of each Drawing
8. Prizes are non-transferable.

DRAWINGS

1. On December 8 – 10, 2024 from 4:00PM – 8:00PM, a drawing will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa where entries will be selected from our virtual drawing drum, as outlined above, for each drawing.  The person whose Unity card account number matches the number of the selected entry will be eligible for the Slot Spin based in the order in which they were called.  The winner must deliver their Unity card to the prize claim location within 10 minutes or the prize will be forfeited. If the winner is not present within the allotted time for the hourly drawings, no additional entries will be drawn and the prize will be forfeited. 
2. Participants are eligible to win one (1) prize per hourly drawing.
3. Bonus Free Play prizes will be automatically loaded to their account valid for twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

GENERAL RULES

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a Unity member to participate and must present valid identification to claim prize.
2. Unity members that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
6. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
7. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any promotions at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members, agent’s successors and assignees.
9. The prizes and or dates of this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns. The general rules may not be modified without the approval of the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
10. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
11. Cash may be substituted in lieu of any of the Grand Prizes. Prize or cash equivalent is determined by Casino Management.
12. Multiple and additional swipe offers available through other promotional offers not associated with this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.
13. Free Entry/Drawing Ticket Distribution Mail-in Entries - To receive a free entry, send a 3” x 5” index card with the following information PRINTED legibly: First & Last name and account numbers as it appears on your Unity Card and your contact information, postmarked ten (10) calendar days prior to the end of the promotion and received three (3) calendar days prior to the drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per request, per stamped outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage-due mail. No free entry requests will be accepted through e-mail.
