$20,000 Dominoes Tournament

1. The Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Dominoes Tournament is a Class II game open to guests who are at least 18 years of age or older.
2. You must be a Unity Card member in order to participate.  Unity Cards are free to all visitors 18 and older.
3. A total of two hundred (200) players will be able to participate. Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will award one hundred (100) players complimentary entries into this tournament based on criteria to be determined by management.
4. The remaining one-hundred (100) players’ entries will be purchased at the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa at a cost of $60 per entry. Tournament Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. The Dominoes tournament will run in accordance with rules that are consistent with those of the International Dominoes Federation Rules and Regulations Chapters 8 – 11 (Articles 50-104) as approved by the STGC. See the attached document titled FID Rules & Regulations.
6. The tournament will be held on fifty (50) Dominoes tables using “Double Six” dominoes sets each containing 28 tiles (bones).
7. This tournament will be played 9 rounds of play. In the first round players will be paired onto playing teams of two and assigned an opponent randomly. In each of the following rounds players will be paired according to ranking with #1 ranked player paired with #3, #2 with #4, #5 with #7, etc. The #1/3 team will matchup against #2/4, #5/7 against #6/8, etc.
8. For each matchup, points will be scored when one player runs out of tiles. All remaining tiles in play from both teams will be added together and awarded to the winning team. Match will continue until one team reaches 200 pts OR 35 minutes, whichever comes first. At the end of match, the team with the most points will be declared winner.
9. Player Rankings will be determined in the following manner:

   2. Effective Points (Determined by margin of victory with a cap of 200 per match)
   3. Points Scored
   4. Points Against
10. Prizes* will be awarded based on final ranking at conclusion of the last round as follows:

    *Employees of Seminole Gaming, SHRSS or HRI are not eligible to receive a portion of any prize.
    
    
11. Any participant who is not already a Unity Card member, must register for a Unity Card before the prize may be claimed.
12. Winners must come to the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa check in desk to collect their prize. The prize will be awarded only to the Unity Card member who participate in the tournament.
13. Prizes are non-transferable.
14. Scoring, standings and ties will all be resolved in accordance to the FID Rules & Regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the General Rules.

General Rules

1. Players must present approved identification. They must be 18 years of age or older and a Unity Card member to participate in the Dominoes Tournament.
2. Players that have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
3. By participating in this dominoes tournament, players agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all players in this dominoes tournament.
5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all players in this tournament.
6. Any Domino tournament entry voucher or prize receipt/voucher that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
7. By participating in this dominoes tournament, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. No employees of any Seminole Casino, including Tribal employees and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a Seminole Casino and their immediate family members, are eligible to participate. Also excluded are tour operators, their agents, and employees, as well as employees of any Seminole Casino advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this tournament and their immediate family members, agent’s successors, and assignees.
9. The prizes and or dates of this dominoes tournament may be modified, or tournament cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns.
10. The general rules may not be modified without the approval of the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
