The ticket goes as written. The odds printed on the ticket are the odds the patron receives.

To collect your winnings, you may:
Bring your winning ticket to the Hard Rock Sportsbook where the wager was placed and see a Sportsbook Agent to collect.

Insert your winning ticket into a Hard Rock Sportsbook betting kiosk and receive a cash voucher in return which you may cash at Hard Rock Sportsbook or Casino Cage.
If Hard Rock Sportsbook is closed, visit the Casino Cage for after-hours cashing.

All tickets must be redeemed at the Hard Rock Sportsbook in which they were written.

Mail In Redemption InstructionsWhen a player possesses a winning ticket and is unable to visit Hard Rock Sportsbook on property, or Property Casino Cage, they have the option to mail in the winning ticket for a check (only eligible for winning tickets less than $3,000 and non-taxable transactions).Players must mail the winning ticket to:Hard Rock Hotel & Casino BristolAttn: HRSB500 Gate City HighwayBristol, VA 24201Player must submit the following items:
- The winning ticket with the words – MAIL PAY – and the player’s signature written on both sides of the ticket
- Player’s email address and telephone number
- Player's Unity Card number or copy of ID for proof of age
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope (a $5 administrative fee will be charged if a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) is not included.)
Please allow thirty (30) business days for processing. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickers are void if illegible, altered, incomplete, produced in error, counterfeit, or fail validation testing. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol shall be discharged from any and all liability upon payment of any claim arising from the redemption of the first ticket presented with a valid bar code. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol reserves the right to withhold validation and payment pending a determination whether the ticket has been stolen, altered, or lost. Tickets are valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the settlement date of the last event, after which ticket has no value.
