Only hotel bookings made through Bristol Casino at partnered local hotels will be approved. Rooms must be reserved through Bristol Casino to receive a covered stay, and reimbursement for rooms is not available. Points will be automatically deducted once a booking confirmation is received. Please note, only the room is covered with your point redemption. Bristol Casino is not responsible for any incidental charges, including room service, dining, or other additional fees. Guests are required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental costs. Additional nights must also be booked through Bristol Casino, or they will not be covered. In the event a guest does not stay at the hotel, no refunds or points will be returned to their account, and the hotel may still charge for the missed stay. Cancellations must follow the hotel’s specific cancellation policy, and Bristol Casino will adjust points accordingly if notified in time by the hotel.
