Seminole Casino Hotel Welcomes Legendary Band Three Dog Night Live
When Three Dog Night hit the airwaves in 1971 with the hit song “Joy To The World,” it set the wheels in motion for a string of loveable hits and best-selling albums. The band’s driving pop/rock sounds and harmonized vocals, thanks to three lead singers, won acclaim from fans that spanned the generations. All in all, Three Dog Night earned 14 gold albums, nine gold singles, and 11 Top Ten songs between 1969 and 1975. In the years 1969 through 1974, no other group moved more records, sold more concert tickets, or achieved more top 10 hits. Their hits appeared on best-selling charts in all genres (pop, rock and country).
Three Dog Night’s enduring hit songs include "Mama Told Me (Not To Come)," "Joy to the World," "Black and White," "Shambala," and "One." The group’s well-loved hits, delivered in their unmistakable style, are performed for audiences spanning generations, by founding members Cory Wells and Danny Hutton on lead vocals, as well as original keyboardist Jimmy Greenspoon and guitarist Michael Allsup. Paul Kingery (bass and vocals) and Pat Bautz (drums) complete the lineup.
