    What if I push the PROMOTIONS icon and nothing shows up?

    If you’re eligible for a complimentary gift and you don’t see the icon, please visit Player’s Club. If you are required to earn for the gift you will see a progress bar that will show your current progress.

    How can I change the shipping address for my gift?

    You can select “Change Address” when placing your order on the slot machine and then visit Player’s Club to modify the address. If you already processed the order with an incorrect address Player’s Club can also assist with correcting it.

    I placed my order through the slot machine, now what?

    An email with your order confirmation will be sent to the email address that is in your Unity by Hard Rock account and your order will be shipped directly to you.
     

    What if I don’t have an email address on file?

    The Player’s Club staff has access to view your order and can provide an order summary. You can also have them add an email address to your Unity by Hard Rock account for future communications.
     

    My item arrived damaged; what do I do?

    Email [email protected] to speak to a support staff member that will assist with processing the return with Amazon. You may also visit Player’s Club for assistance.
