Located at the base of The Guitar Hotel is Rise, the new 24-hour contemporary American Diner/Deli. Boasting incredible views with its floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the resort’s pool lagoon, the restaurant celebrates fresh, seasonal produce with time-honored menu favorites offering options for any palate. The menu consists of all-day breakfast; salads; hearty burgers and sandwiches; and New York City-style deli offerings.

With a variety of seating options, from large banquettes and high tops to counter seating at the central juice bar, Rise can accommodate both large and intimate groups.
