This open-kitchen concept gives guests a look into the action as chefs grill seafood, meats and Florida fresh produce on open flames using state-of-the-art J&R wood fire grills and Josper coal ovens. Offering both large-format entrees and small plates, the menu at Abiaka is perfect for sharing or also individual dining. Abiaka has a signature wine list with up to 100 labels and also premium options available by the glass. The unique cocktail menu features a farmer’s market-inspired approach, utilizing local produce, perfectly paired to the menu.
