Sunday Champagne Brunch Comes to Council Oak Steaks and Seafood Restaurant Every Sunday Beginning Sunday May 28 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

Atlantic City, NJ (May 25, 2023) –- Sunday Champagne Brunch is coming to Council Oak Steaks and Seafood Restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City beginning Sunday, May 28, 2023. 
 
Overlooking the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk and renowned for its USDA Dry-Aged Prime Steaks and the freshest seafood selections, Council Oak Steaks and Seafood Restaurant is taking brunch in Atlantic City to new heights by offering a carving station with its 28-day Dry Aged Striploin Steak, plus an Ice Sculpture Raw Bar featuring the day’s best oysters, jumbo prawns, clams and individual tuna tartare.  
 
Sunday Champagne Brunch is served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The price is $79.95 per person and reservations are recommended.
 
Arriving brunch guests are treated to a warm welcome greeting amenity consisting of cinnamon pull apart sweet bread with warm Madagascar vanilla icing.
 
Subject to change, the Council Oak brunch menu currently includes a cold station buffet featuring Caesar salad with white anchovies, garlic croutons and shaved parmesan, a garden state salad with mixed lettuces, carrot, radish, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper and multiple salad dressing options, a beet salad with oranges, strawberries, feta cheese and pistachio vinaigrette, grilled asparagus with truffle vinaigrette, marinated olives and a fruit platter with cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and vanilla honey yogurt dip.
 
In addition to the 28-day Dry Aged New York Striploin Steak, the Council Oak Brunch carving station also includes a Kessler Pork Rack with stone ground mustard sauce.  Hot items on the Grand Buffet include scrambled cage free eggs, butcher cut applewood smoked bacon and Thuman’s sausage, traditional home fried potatoes, angel food cake French toast with banana custard and warm maple syrup, king salmon with beluga lentils and black olive vinaigrette, and Josper roasted chicken breast with ratatouille and basil.
 
The Council Oak Brunch menu also includes a varying selection of Viennese desserts and pastries created by Hard Rock Executive Pastry Check Thaddeus DuBois.
 
A la carte items are available at Sunday Champagne Brunch and include traditional eggs benedict, crab cake eggs benedict and vegetable eggs benedict.  Other available a la carte items include oatmeal, French fries and roasted caprese with charred tomatoes, basil, garlic chips and pistou.
 
Wine Selection
Recognized by Wine Spectator with an Award of Excellence consecutively since 2020, Council Oak Steaks and Seafood offers over 350 wines from more than a dozen countries with an extensive by-the-glass, half-bottle and large format selection.  The Council Oak wine list represents numerous varietals, regions and prices.  Council Oak’s bar offers well-known liquors alongside an exclusive list of high-end spirits.  All wines and spirits are optional and priced separately.
 
Specialty cocktails are also offered during Sunday Champagne Brunch at Council Oak.  Among the many cocktails offered are a Pineapple Mimosa, Last Chance Mimosa, High Roller Peach Bellini, Poker Face Classic Irish Coffee, Espresso Martini, Cucumber-Mint Mojito, Pink Lady Watermelon Mojito, Spiked Sparkling Basil Lemonade, Passion Fruit Martini and the All In Mary with five liquors and full garnishes.
