Markus Holm
Originally from Germany, Chef Markus Holm has established a remarkable career in the hospitality industry since moving to the United States almost 20 years ago. A hospitality veteran with more than 36 years of experience, Chef Holm has worked alongside three celebrity chefs: Wolfgang Puck, Gordon Ramsy and Bobby Flay.
In his current role at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Chef Holm serves as Executive Chef at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood. Chef Holm will cultivate classic and elegant flavors that honor the sophisticated classic-American steakhouse fare originally made famous at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos in Florida.
