After a decorated career that has taken him around the world, Chef Mazza came on board as the executive chef for Il Mulino New York and has been setting high standards for the menu at the 11, and counting, world-wide locations.
Chef Mazza believes that his food tells the story from when he was a little boy in his mother’s kitchen, saying “I believe that food is comfort and history and this is always on my mind as I am creating dishes for people.” The inspiration behind Il Mulino New York’s signature dishes comes from the usage of only the finest, most authentic and purest ingredients that create a beautifully crafted menu with exciting yet traditional Italian flavors. Always staying true to his creativity and talent, he has been able to translate his work into mouthwatering success.
