Hard Rock Cafe Heritage Menu

Can you imagine how many times the Hard Rock Cafe has changed its menu since opening in London in 1971?

Back then, memorabilia wasn’t even on the menu, but when Eric Clapton wanted his favorite table served, management hung up his guitar on the wall and the legend began.

Five decades and 180-plus cafes later, the Hard Rock Café, located inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, is giving everyone a blast to the past and treating longtime customers to some of the Hard Rock’s favorite items over the years with its Café Heritage menu. A lot of old school – and even a bit new school – the Café Heritage menu is absolutely rocking!

Start off with The Ringo, a fan-favorite appetizer plate meant for sharing with Tupelo chicken tenders, classic wings and crispy onion rings served with an array of dipping sauces; or the Hard Rock ’n Roll Chili, a classic flavor profile but made with Impossible plant-based meat to bring chilli to the 21st century.

Two must-have sandwiches will remind you of a golden-arched, fast-food chain, but these are like those sandwiches on steroids. HRC’s Country Burger brings a recipe from the old South with 6 ounces of ground beef – ground fresh on premises – served double stacked and topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, special dressing and fries.

And the killer Road House Rib Sandwich takes HRC’s signature rib recipe, smokes them in house for four hours, like always, and then debones them, slathers them in house-made BBQ sauce and serves them on a toasted bun with cole slaw, dill pickles, tangy aioli and crispy shoestring onions for good measure.

Other Heritage items include the grilled cheese made with American and cheddar cheeses, bacon, tomato and griddled sourdough that was on HRC’s original menu; the Haystack salad with Tupelo chicken, carrots, corn, fresh pico de gallo, tortilla strips, shredded cheddar and Jack cheeses with ranch dressing; and desserts including a banana split, a Coke Float with vanilla ice cream – add Jack Daniels for some fun; and the Orange Creamsicle – served with or without Absolut Vanilla – made with vanilla ice cream, orange juice, passion fruit puree, Fanta orange soda and whipped cream.

The Cafe Heritage Menu is available through March. Head to HardRockCafe.com.
