Peter Brattander

A native of Sweden, Brattander brings a distinguished career in food and beverage leadership to Hard Rock. He most recently served as Director of Food and Beverage at Loews Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach, Florida. He also brings his prestigious credentials in the casino industry in Las Vegas having previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Venetian & Palazzo Hotel and Casino, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, and The Mirage Hotel and Casino. In his previous roles, Peter was integral in the opening of renowned “Chef of the Century” Joel Robuchon’s L’Atelier restaurant, opened Heritage Steak with celebrity chef Tom Colicchio (Top Chef), and managed restaurants for Thomas Keller and Michael Mina. He also had the opportunity to partner with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson at Aquavit in New York.  Peter resides in Northfield, NJ and enjoys spending time with his son. Peter also is a supporter of Save The Planet initiatives, previously serving as chairman of several green committees and he is a supporter of mentorship & leadership development programs.
